How do you reclaim authorship of an invention so universal it has become invisible?
In 1959, Volvo invented the three-point seatbelt and gifted the patent to the world to save lives. To honor this selfless legacy, we turned every competitor’s vehicle into a Volvo advertisement. By isolating the natural "V" shape formed by the seatbelt in any car interior, we created an instant, wordless visual signature.
This elegant brand-hack serves as a powerful reminder: while the logo on the grille may change, the DNA of safety will always belong to Volvo. A minimalist branding execution where the craft itself becomes the proof of an undeniable legacy.
